A distinctive field training entitled “A Day in My Life” was also carried out to develop skills and capabilities in various fields and workplaces in various Sharjah institutions. This training was held at the headquarters of the Sharjah Broadcasting and Television Authority, in addition to the “Shams” Foundation affiliated with the city. Sharjah Media, Sharjah International Airport, where 30 beneficiaries of the program participated in this training. Sessions with the elderly and in the same context; The activities also varied with interactive sessions under the title “Wasl”, where the target groups were able to visit elderly members of Al Asala Clubs and visit the nursing home in Sharjah. These sessions were organized with the aim of enhancing social communication and providing support to the elderly and people with disabilities, with the participation of 23 parents. As for the sports aspects, a special sports program was implemented for them at the Al-Thiqa Club for the Disabled and the Al-Hamriyah Cultural Sports Club, with the participation of 22 beneficiaries. The sports activities included a set of exercises that contribute to enhancing their physical fitness and health.
