- Executive Council Resolution No. (23) of 2022 regulating the work of social activities providers in the Emirate of Sharjah
- Submitting a request for a permit for social activities using the digital ID application via the website of the Department of Social Services prepared for this purpose, accompanied by the required documents.
- Pay the fee for issuing a permit for social activities
- Auditing and evaluating the application to ensure that the requirements and required documents are met.
- Field audit of the existing establishment requesting the permit to ensure that all approved operational requirements are met.
- Issuing a document permitting social activities, according to which the establishment is allowed to engage in social activities in the emirate, as follows:
- In the event that all requirements are met, the permit will be issued and delivered
- In the event that all requirements are not met, a non-objection letter valid for six months will be issued to complete and fulfill the operational requirements
- Cancellation of the no-objection (initial approval) granted to the facility after the expiration of the deadline without fulfilling all requirements, and the licensing authority is addressed to cancel the license.
