The Noon caravan targets children without the right to education for the age groups from 6 to 15 years, as it relies on teaching male and female students the basics of learning to read and write and providing everything that helps them receive their basic education using a simplified curriculum in Arabic, English, mathematics, and moral and Islamic education. She drew the Executive Director for Community Service; That the "Noon Caravan" initiative was launched as a project within the Department's strategic plan for the year 2016 AD aimed at securing the rights of the vulnerable and ensuring their enjoyment of their rights; Its educational programs started from a mobile caravan in the form of a classroom, to an endowment building to support disadvantaged groups from education.
