The “Intaj” center of the Department of Social Services in Sharjah launched the activities of the “Intaj” Ramadan exhibition in its eighth session, over a period of 5 days, with the participation of 30 productive families, who are beneficiaries of social security, in the department over a period of 5 days, during the period from March 30 to Next April 3, in the Muwailih suburb of Sharjah, from nine in the evening until midnight. Maryam Al-Hammadi, Director of “Intaj”, explained that the exhibition includes 20 corners, in which families’ products and businesses are displayed through the five “Intaj” packages, which are: Tayeb for incense and perfumes, Atayeb for food, Creativity for handicrafts, Anaqa for fashion and accessories, and Mahra for traditional crafts. The exhibition represents a new opportunity to market products and present them to visitors. Al-Hammadi added that for the eighth year we are organizing the exhibition, which coincides with the holy month of Ramadan and the school holiday, so we were keen to diversify our programs to include all family members to take advantage of the Ramadan atmosphere, and win prizes and gifts for purchases worth 400 dirhams, from which the customer gets XNUMX dirhams for his purchases. In addition to organizing a number of activities accompanying the exhibition, which are workshops teaching cooking skills and various crafts, in addition to organizing entertainment competitions and giving gifts to visitors. The “Intaj” exhibition aims to improve the situation of families with limited incomes who are members of the center, as the Department of Social Services believes in the need to open the way for them to participate in community activities, and to contribute to overcoming financial obstacles by providing them with financial income that helps them and enables them to enhance their capabilities to during home production.
