The "Tamkeen" initiative targets age groups under 45 years of age who are able to work and give, and is available to government and private institutions in the emirate to raise the level of training, qualification and performance development. The importance of this initiative for “Tamkeen” employees, as it constitutes a link between the department and government agencies. This initiative also provides options for this category to gain experience and knowledge and benefit from the development and training opportunities available in each entity. Al Hammadi expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Sharjah Police General Command for its response and initiative in order to participate in attracting this category, noting that there is continuous communication with various government agencies in Sharjah to provide opportunities for this category of citizens, and it undertakes training and rehabilitation according to the internal training programs of each entity, She stated that one of the most important conditions is that the beneficiary of this initiative be a citizen of the Emirate of Sharjah, permanently residing there, medically fit to work, be eligible for social assistance in the department, be willing to join the program, and be of the age group less than 45 years.
