The activities of the "Production Bazaar", organized by the Department of Social Services in Sharjah, will be launched from 14-16 July in its eighth session, with the participation of 21 productive families who are eligible for social security in the department. The exhibition will be held in the Rahmaniyah suburb. Families participate in five different packages, which are the "Atayeb" package, which includes home food and sweets, the "Tayeb" package for perfumes and incense, the "Anaqa" package for accessories, clothing and household products, the "Mahra" package for handicrafts, traditional crafts and folk dishes, and the "Ibdaa" package for handicrafts. Taking precautionary measures, Maryam Al Hammadi, director of a production center, indicates that the exhibition has taken all precautionary measures and measures to prevent the Corona pandemic, as the participating families will not be present inside the exhibition, but will display their products, while the sale is carried out by employees from a production center, and all of them were subjected to Corona examination, Entry will be limited to 15-20 people inside the hall, and the green traffic system will be implemented through the "Al-Hosn" program for visitors. Al Hammadi stressed that the bazaar's activities aim to support productive families through marketing their products by providing outlets for sale to various members of society for the benefit of them. Therefore, the exhibition’s activities will be broadcast live on the production center’s Instagram account, and the department’s social media accounts. It also allows for purchases through electronic sales through the production center’s electronic store, and the products are delivered to the homes of their owners, and this service was launched about two months ago. The Production Center has made it possible for productive families to issue a home license known as “Etimad” granted by the Sharjah Economic Department to individuals who are members of home production. The number of these licenses amounted to 83 licenses for production center members, since its inception in 2010, noting that our goal is to support home production for families members of the center who are eligible for social security in the department, so that they have additional income to enhance the social welfare of families, and the center also contributes to the marketing of their various products that Concerning the family, the woman, the child and the society, and all of this enhances their economic and material conditions, which necessarily reflects on their diaries and social life, relieves material burdens, and encourages other families to practice some crafts to improve their material income. Al Hammadi called on members of society to visit the bazaar, which displays various types of household products, especially as it is a real opportunity for productive families to present their products and present them to a wide segment of the public, which contributes to the development of home production and its entry into the market through various means, which is reflected positively on them with a financial return. He supports it in upgrading these projects, in order to achieve the principle of social solidarity.
