Among the medical and dental services for senior citizens in Sharjah and its eastern and central regions, which were launched a year ago by a decision of the Executive Council of the Government of Sharjah, and according to an agreement concluded between the department and the University Dental Hospital - University of Sharjah, that the department guarantees direct financial support for medical and dental services for senior citizens, which It includes the medical and dental services provided by the University Dental Hospital in Sharjah, based on the keenness of both parties to support and enhance the medical and treatment services for senior citizens with the aim of preserving their health and safety and supporting their families. Al-Mazmi stated that the number of beneficiaries of the dental treatment service who have crossed the 60-year barrier has reached 12 senior citizens, since the service was launched in June 614.
