The number of beneficiaries who received physical therapy sessions reached about 1,499 cases of senior citizens, bedridden people, people with disabilities and categories of people without social care, during which they received 4,763 treatment sessions, since the beginning of this year 2021 AD until now. The physiotherapy team of the Elderly Services Center makes a weekly visit to provide "direct" physiotherapy sessions, after the provision of treatment sessions has been allocated to those whose health condition requires the need to obtain physiotherapy sessions at the rate of one session per week for each member or as determined by the doctor. The therapist, to ensure that physiotherapy is not interrupted for senior citizens and those who are bedridden, according to their critical health condition.
