This service enables associations and institutions of public benefit to apply for a license to practice their service and community activities within the Emirate of Sharjah, after obtaining the publicity decision from the Ministry.

This service enables civil society organizations and institutions of public benefit to submit a no-objection request to transfer funds outside or within the country, provided that this is licensed by the Ministry of Community Development and approved by the department as a local authority.

Approval of the competent authorities

This service enables civil society organizations and institutions of public benefit to submit an official no-objection request to amend their bylaws.

The service aims to enable associations and civil society organizations that wish to expand their activities in areas outside the borders of the Emirate of Sharjah to submit a request to obtain official approval from the department.

This service enables associations and institutions whose headquarters are located outside the emirate to apply for approval to hold an event within the emirate.

• Determine the number of attendees and the location where the event will be held. 
• Submit an approval request at least 30 days before the event date.

This service aims to issue the necessary approvals to host people from outside the country to participate in conference activities organized by the association or civil society organization for public benefit in the Emirate of Sharjah.

This service enables associations or civil society organizations to submit a request to obtain a permit to collect donations or accept donations at the level of the Emirate of Sharjah.

This service enables submitting a request to issue a no-objection letter to add or change persons authorized to sign on the bank account of the civil society association/institution for public benefit in the emirate.

Approval of the Board of Directors/Board of Trustees

This service allows the Department to be informed of the date of the General Assembly meeting. This procedure includes preparing an official notice specifying the details of the meeting, and submitting it to the Department with sufficient notice. 

• Notifying the department 15 days before the meeting date. 
• Providing draft reports to be discussed to all members on the specified dates.
• The validity of the General Assembly requires the presence of a representative of the Ministry of Community Development + the Department.

This service allows submitting a request to issue a letter certifying the status of associations and civil society institutions, to confirm and approve the legal and administrative status of these associations and civil society institutions of public benefit in Sharjah.
