The Friends of Arthritis Patients Association, affiliated with the Health Education Department of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah, reviewed the most prominent achievements it achieved over the past year, the work team performance indicators, and development plans to launch awareness campaigns and future programs and projects supporting arthritis patients. This came during the general assembly meeting, which was held recently under the chairmanship of Her Excellency Wahida Abdul Aziz, President of the Friends of Arthritis Patients Association, Professor Maryam bin Safwan from the Ministry of Community Development, and Professor Khawla Al Hammadi from the Department of Social Services, in addition to members of the association’s board of directors. The meeting included the presentation of the report on the activities of the Friends of Arthritis Patients Association for the past year, in addition to approving the minutes of the previous General Assembly meeting, and presenting the operational plan for the association’s activities and initiatives and this year’s budget. Ways of developing work mechanisms were also discussed with the aim of establishing health awareness among community members about modern diseases.” Arthritis disease. And the world, in line with the directives and visions of the wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, President of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah.
