The Department of Social Services in Sharjah is preparing to launch the youth volunteer field program “Mobaderoon” in its seventh session, for girls and young men aged 13-17, from July 22 to August 7. The program aims to instill a culture of volunteer work among young people by implementing various volunteer programs in cooperation with local community institutions in various locations, including moral values ​​​​that refine the skills and behaviors of young people with the concepts of volunteer work. Volunteer work will be implemented at the level of cities in the Emirate of Sharjah. Sindia Abdul Rahman, Head of the Volunteering Department at the Department of Social Services, added that this initiative is organized at the level of the cities of the Emirate of Sharjah, and stressed the need to pay attention to the value of volunteering, and the importance of instilling it in the hearts of young people, noting that the selection of this age group was not random, but rather it was deliberate, and therefore doing the work Volunteering will develop within them the initiative to provide assistance without material or moral return, and will give them self-confidence, strength of character, a positive spirit and how to deal with members of society, so all families should benefit from these initiatives, especially during the summer vacation period. As for the roles assigned to the participants in the “Mobaderoon XNUMX” program, they are diverse, as the program begins with the skills of the values ​​of volunteer work and effective communication, and the implementation of practical workshops on the volunteer work charter, volunteer experiences, and the specializations of volunteer teams. On the ground, a volunteer opportunity will be implemented in many areas, such as the field of social solidarity and service.
