The Department of Social Services in Sharjah has been organizing recreational, educational and heritage trips for beneficiaries of its services from all categories, with the aim of bringing happiness and joy to their hearts, especially since these programs resonate well with them. As part of the recreational trips, yesterday morning, the Social Assistance Department organized a trip for women social security beneficiaries of all categories to the Sharjah Heritage Museum in the “Heart of Sharjah” area, in cooperation with the museum administration. By the way, Alia Al Zaabi, Director of the Social Aid Department, said that the Department organizes recreational trips for monthly aid beneficiaries, and for all groups of children, women, the elderly, and others. Its goal is to meet and get to know each other, to create a spirit of joy, happiness, and entertainment for themselves, and for them to get to know the other side of the social services department, which is the human side, which is also concerned with the material side. Al Zaabi added that about 19 women from all categories covered by the aid participated in the trip. The Heritage Museum in Sharjah was chosen to allow participants to view the museum’s sections and halls, which are divided into the natural hall, the lifestyle hall, the concert hall, the living hall, the knowledge heritage hall, and finally the oral heritage hall.
