The month of March witnesses many international, Arab and local events and events, foremost of which are International Women’s Day on 8, Emirati Children’s Day on 15, and Mother’s Day on 21. The Social Services Department is keen to celebrate these occasions because they relate to the groups concerned, such as mothers, children and senior citizens. As an expression of its interest in them, their comfort, care and providing the appropriate atmosphere for these celebrations, the department's branches participate in organizing and planning these events, and among these celebrations, the celebration was organized by the members of the "Al-Asala" club in the department's branch in Hamriyah in cooperation with Vibes Dubai, in a celebration held in Al Safa Park in Dubai. 17 women from Al-Asala Club and 6 female volunteers from the Sharjah Volunteer Center participated in the celebration. And this gesture came to celebrate the women of the first generation who made a lot of sacrifices for the homeland, and we are still working to this day in the field of volunteering rooted in their faith and belief. It took a long time to organize realistic trips, and the meeting between them was very joyful. The celebration included many different activities, including competitions, games and paragraphs of recent memories, and one of them participated in making Khabeesah, a dish of Emirati folk food, and teaching it to others, and a cake was cut on the occasion and gifts were distributed.
