In a statement to her; Faiza Khabab, Director of the Volunteer Center at the Social Services Department, said that the department seeks through this electronic platform to take advantage of the electronic facilities available and keep pace with the vision of the Emirate of Sharjah in activating technology in government work, especially that volunteer work has become one of the priorities of community government work Which embodies the vision of the United Arab Emirates 2021. Fayza Khabab indicated that the importance of the online platform is that it is distinguished in launching, documenting and advertising volunteering opportunities and initiatives, attracting volunteers from different age groups, and calculating volunteer hours. A platform for granting an electronic certificate to every volunteer, in addition to creating a personal record for the volunteer that records data for past and current work, and certification and documentation of hours and works.
