The Sharjah Center for Voluntary Work, affiliated with the Sharjah Department of Social Development, participated in organizing the Sharjah International Book Fair 2025. The Center's participation underscored its vital role in promoting a culture of volunteerism and supporting national initiatives that serve the community and instill values ​​of giving and belonging. This was achieved through its involvement in organizing the fair's daily events, providing logistical and guidance support to visitors, and assisting organizing teams in crowd management and the organization of workshops and accompanying activities. The Center's participation is part of its annual program of volunteer initiatives, which aims to empower volunteers to contribute to major events, thereby enhancing their skills and projecting a positive image of volunteer work in the Emirate of Sharjah.
